Exhibition “100 Years of Sponsorship”. Exhibition organized by the Brotherhood of the Puppy with the collaboration of the Cajasol Foundation.

Place: Murillo and Vanguardia Rooms of the Cajasol Foundation in Seville (Álvarez Quintero street, s/n).

TheCajasol Foundation has presented in the Murillo and Vanguardia Rooms of its headquarters in Seville (C/Álvarez Quintero) your new exhibition“100 YEARS OF SPONSORSHIP. 1923-1973-2023”, organized in collaboration with theBrotherhood of Cachorro.

The inauguration included the intervention of the president of the Cajasol Foundation, Antonio Pulido; the deputy mayor of Major Festivals of the Seville City Council, Manuel María Alés del Pueyo; the Eldest Brother of the Brotherhood, Jose Luis Aldea; the Diocesan delegate of Brotherhoods and Brotherhoods, Marcelino Manzano, and the person in charge of managing the exhibition, Francisco Herrera.

As explained by the president of the Cajasol Foundation, Antonio Pulido, “The exhibition 100 years of sponsorship, whose essence is captured in this catalog edited by the Cajasol Foundation, constitutes a retrospective look at one of the oldest brotherhoods of our Holy Week. A brotherhood that has its roots in the Baroque that gave birth to the great sacred carvings of the city”.

“From this golden origin of the 17th century, in which the mythical Cristo del Cachorro de Triana is dated, In this exhibition proposal, the brotherhood reviews the last hundred years of its history, period that concentrates the great revolutions of Holy Week and the capital of Andalusia itself”, has pointed out.
