Vera-Cruz: Devoted and Solemn Kisses to the Holy Christ of the True Cross

The next Friday 22 of March, coinciding with the Friday of Sorrows, The Devoted and Solemn Besapies will be held in honor of the Venerated Image of the Holy Christ of the True Cross. This religious event will begin the 10:00 hours and will conclude at 20:00 hours.

Once this act of veneration is finished, a special Holy Mass will be celebrated, with the character of a Nazarenes retreat, in preparation for the Station of Penance. During the liturgical celebration, The Rev. P.N.H.D.. Juan Ramón Domínguez-Palacios will occupy the Sacred Chair, guiding the faithful on their path of reflection and devotion.

Later, The pious Via Crucis will be carried out through the streets of the parish, in which the Sacred Image of the Lord will be taken to the Convent of the RR.MM. Nasturtiums of Santa Rosalía, where we will stop for prayer and meditation.

The Via Crucis will be accompanied by the Deep Voice Group “De Profundis” and the Musical Chapel “Calvarium”, who will provide a solemn and moving musical atmosphere.

Upon his return, The venerated image will be transferred back to its processional step, in an act that symbolizes the continuous journey of faith and devotion of the community.

It is important to note that these important religious events will be broadcast live via streaming through the corporation's YouTube channel., allowing those who cannot attend physically to participate virtually in this spiritual experience
